For 2,5 month we supported the Manhila girls Hockey Academy and gave them advise in social games and team building.

The Mahila Hockey Academy is a girls academy that we supported by coaching the coach and coordinator and training the girls 6 days per week. Our coaches found it very important to add social games and teambuilding activities to the week program as there weren’t any.
We advised the local partner on coaching and training, recruitment and weeding-out. In the winter of 2016/2017 our Dutch coaches crossed Rajasthan in order to find the most talented girls up and down the length and breadth of the state.
