We are pleased to inform you that NTHA Odisha has started its own coaching education program for state coaches and grassroots coaches. Here all our 16 grassroots coaches are going through the workshop and when completed they get their certification so that they have something to cherish and benefit from when they apply for other programs at academies or sports hostels.
Coaching courses took place in December, under the guidance of Sjoerd Woelders, and in January under the guidance of Willem Slinger. Warner van der Vegt and Bo Peijs visited the grassroots centers en spoke with the parents and participating children.
