In Simdega we train the coordinators so the program is not only relying on Dutch people.

All coaches have participated in the three basic coaching courses that we organized and conducted. The coordinator is being trained so that new coaches can be trained by him. Coaches give training in fixed couples and to no more than 30 children per session.
We support and guide the local organization in setting up, organizing, structuring and leading the program.
At the grassroots children, boys and girls, train twice a week and play an interschool league on Saturdays for a period of 6-8 weeks which is concluded by means of a festival.
The children that are selected for the RDC train during the week with their respective schools and on Saturday and Sunday they train in total 3x on artificial turf and stay over for the night at a nearby hostel. Currently the RDC is only for boys as an overnight stay for girls is unsafe.
