The Community Grant Program empowers coaches not as role models on the pitch, but as leaders in their communities. As they propose and lead real projects, coaches apply their leadership skills in a different context and gain new experiences in their own communities. This creates long-term impact in coaches and their communities beyond the hockey pitch and beyond these projects.
