Meet Govind Navak. He is one of our hockey coaches at the RDC (Regional Development Centre). He is coaching children who come from the tribal and rural areas.
The RDC is a level above the grassroots and a level below the Academy in the pyramid-model that the Bovelander Foundation uses in their projects. In the RDC, hockey is not only used as a means, but also as a goal itself.
