The Khelo India Sports Program started to revive the sports culture in India, starting at the grassroots level by building a strong framework for all sports played in India, to establish a great sports nation.
During the Khelo India School Games in January 2020, there were no teams from the NTHA Jamshedpur and Odisha, but individual players. Because it’s a state tournament, only individual players can participate.
From Jharkhand State five boys U17 participated. From NTHA Odisha five girls U17 were selected to play for Odisha state team U17. Unfortunately they lost in the semifinals from Haryana, but nevertheless became third. A great performance.
