The last months we and our partner organisation CInI have been working hard on extendeding our Khunti and West-Singhbhum projects to Simdega. Like Khunti and West-Singhbhum, Simdega is one of the twenty-four districts of Jharkhand.
At the beginning of December 2017 the project was launched with a festive day organised at one of the participating schools. As of half December, 10 schools good for respectively 1000 children will start the program under the guidance of 10 coaches that have succesfully followed the first of three Master Trainer Coaching Courses.
The children will train 2x a week for 2 months, afterwhich they will start playing an interschool league which is concluded by means of a festival.
